Crystal Clean Service Ltd begun in 2007, formed by Company Director Hayley Gillbard, who in 2010, won the Derbyshire Times Business Awards Young Business Person of the Year.

With an eye for quality and a passion for customer service, Hayley set up Crystal Clean Service Ltd to give businesses the unobtrusive and top quality cleaning service that they expect. Hayley believes strongly in her customer's receiving value for money and makes sure this is delivered every time.

To ensure this, Crystal Clean Service Ltd put quality control measures in place, some of which are listed below:

Staff:

• Audits are carried out on a monthly basis
• All staff receive training in order the complete their work effectively and efficiently
• All relevant Health and Safety documentation is provided

• We have knowledge of and experience in dealing with TUPE transfers effectively 
• Crystal Clean Service Ltd is fully insured, including Key Holder insurance
• We offer 30 day payment terms
• We do not have long termination period agreements
• We don't make promises that we do not or cannot deliver
