Crystal Clean Service Ltd do not only provide professional cleaning services to office and industrial space – we also offer specialised cleaning services to other properties. We also clean public sector premises including schools, food production areas and as many more like it as you can think of.

 Some properties may require a little more thought or a specialised method of cleaning such as listed buildings and stately homes. We also are quite prepared to travel out to rural areas which may put off all but the most stoic and determined of professional cleaners!

An example of a stately home that we provide cleaning services to is the wonderful prestigious Welbeck Estate, and we were involved in the cleaning operation and other preparations for the recent visit of HRH Prince Charles and his wife Camilla.

 So how do we ensure quality and consistency?

• Cleaning packages tailored to your cleaning needs and of course your budget.
• Staff are competent and given an onsite induction to make sure they know what’s expected in them during the given timescale.
• Monthly audits.
• Cleaning staff are trained to NVQ Level 2 so that they really know what they’re doing.
• Health and Safety documentation is supplied.
• We are fully insured, including Key Holder insurance.
• Environmentally friendly products are used and we recycle our bottles by refilling them – we don’t throw them away.
• We do not promise things that we can’t deliver.

 Our payment terms are 30 days and we will not try to trap you into long term contracts by having lengthy termination agreements.

 Another important thing to consider is that we have experience with dealing with TUPE transfers, so there is no need to worry if you want to swap your business’s cleaning services to ourselves from your existing cleaning company.
