Administration and Accounts Assistant

  • 20-25 Hours per Week (salary)
  • Flexible working hours and days – designed to work around you!

STAFF – Administration

  • Ensuring all new employees have completed all the relevant documentation
  • Sending new employee information to Payroll department electronically
  • Completing DBS checks and reference requests for all new employees
  • Ensuring all HR documentation is on the CRM System
  • Ensuring all paper HR files are in order in the office (quarterly checks)
  • Producing Contracts for new employees and any changes to their working routine are reflected in those contracts (and resubmitted if necessary)
  • Sending out birthday cards every month to employees


  • Generating relationships with current clients via telephone
  • Sending out monthly invoices from Quickbooks
  • Chasing payment of invoices from clients and monitoring this on the system
  • Keeping client information up to date at all times

OTHER Responsibilities

  • Office Management – Weekly check of office supplies, printing facilities, IT and maintenance.
  • Dealing with purchase invoices from suppliers and Sub-contractors
  • Letting in delivery drivers
  • Answering the phones
  • Producing Monthly finance reports and presenting these at senior team meetings
  • Setting and Managing company budgets.

Communicating at all times with Supervisors, Operations Manager and MD

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £9,360.00 to £11,700.00 /year

  • Administration: 2 years
  • Accounting: 1 year

We are looking for a dedicated individuals to join our team and provide cleaning duties for clients South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. This position is available with an immediate Start

3 Cleaning Job opportunities

Rotherham – 10 hours per week
Mansfield – 2 hours per week
Sheffield – 2 hours per week

Duties Include:-

  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Cleaning kitchens
  • Cleaning toilets
  • Recording accurate records
  • Associated duties within an office/industrial environments.

Experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training would be given.

DBS checks will be undertaken for all new members of staff
Own Transport is essential
