The Derbyshire Times business awards are one of Chesterfield’s highest profile awards. The Awards aim to recognise and celebrate the very best in local business and commerce. This year Crystal Clean Service Ltd were shortlisted in 3 separate categories; People Development Award, Customer Service Award and the MD Hayley Koseoglu for Business Person of the Year.
The awards were held on 9th November at the Casa Hotel. The night was filled with entertainment and suspense as the winners of each category were announced. As ever, there were a strong number of entries from business hoping to win one of the business awards.
Then the ‘Customer Service Award’ winner was announced as Crystal Clean Service! This award goes to the organisation that can best demonstrate that it has the customer at the heart of the business. What a brilliant achievement! Working with the customer to meet their needs is very important to Hayley, the MD said; ‘Our mission is to build effective relationships and provide high standards of customer service whilst delivering a quality cleaning experience, this can only be achieved by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
