Crystal Clean Service Ltd., the Sheffield based contract cleaning company, has announced that it has achieved ISO9001 accreditation, following its final assessment this month. ISO9001 is the world’s most widely recognised quality management system, and many organisations now require their contractors and service suppliers to hold this accreditation.
Crystal Clean Service’s managing director, Hayley Gillbard, was delighted with the news that her company had met the qualifications for accreditation saying, “Seeking ISO9001 accreditation was relatively straightforward, thanks to the practices and procedures we already had in place.”
“With only a couple of changes to our procedures and a change to our document control, we were able to meet the compliance criteria. Now, with audited procedures in place and under constant review, our customers’ confidence in us is at an all time high, whilst we have benefited from a more streamlined and effective management process.”
